This is a Great Product for creating a good shine on the floor. We use this in sites where buff multiple times per week. It really seems to respond well to being buffed. We have used this with a battery and propane buffer. We really love our propane buffers, but some accounts like daycares and medical facilities do not allow propane use it. This is a good tip toe into the waters of quality floor finish choice. This is probably one of the best priced finishes for VCT floors at an entry level. Price is so good, it demands a second look. When we end up with a job that has very tight margins but needs to shine, this is our go to wax. This will require regular buffing to keep the shine, but it will do the job. The ACE of what we have used from Diversey/Sealed Air. This will require a HIGH SHINE and will sparkle with Buffing. After 4 coats we see serious reflection in the floor and major clarity.
